Arise Medical Academy Management System is an end-to-end redesign of a centralized dashboard for a multi-branch medical education organization across five states in India.

The old system was cluttered and hard to use, with too many features pushed into the main navigation. My goal was to simplify things, fix the information structure, and help admins and management make faster decisions.

I reworked user flows, improved hierarchy and visuals, and added analytics for students, finance, notifications, feedback, and tickets. I also built a scalable design system using Atomic Design, making the product consistent and easy to expand
